its a number from a text free app for texting messaging.

Did not answer. Caller ID said it was from "Verizon". Do not and never have used Verizon. Consider this a robo call that may be some kind of scam.

I recieved a call from this number stating that they were from Warner International Television and they set me a contract but I had to pay $59 by western union.
