Has called many times & leaves a scam message

when calling this number back you get this is not a recognized number. who are these people ? politicians robo calling ?

no i thought it might be a scam.

I also just received this message at 1:43 Eastern...and I don't even have an acct with SunTrust

Obtaining 10 hours of the morning calls from this number. Another service, says it's from or combine Seagoville, TX landline number. The same ritual, leaving no message. So I called the number using the private block. When he answered the phone made a two-tone and hung up. It was not my phone because my battery is fully charged. It's so annoying.

Called then hung up when I answered
