This is a debt collector. They use several different phone numbers and area codes.

I received a call at 2 am on July 2 of that number. Answering machine picked up, they hung up and withdrawn.

This a company by the name of FreshTemp. They are a company which sells temperature monitoring equipment and then provides 24 hr monitoring on that equipment.
