Calls but leaves no message. My phone screens it as scam likely.

Recieved a text message telling me to call this number, informing me that my account had been locked. The text was definitely a phishing attempt, but I got a message telling me the number has been disconnected when I called it.

We got a call from 877-916-2637 and we were charged for it, also we calledtti and asked what was this all about and they told use it was a toll free number that called our house. HOW can a tollfree number call use and we get charged for it. this has happed more than once.
