No message just calls

My wife received a call while I was away from home. The caller asked George D. Green, and when he was told I was not home, he left the following message: '. This is Tony Larson call Tell George that he won a 3.5 million dollar lottery and give me a call when he returns.' I have not responded to his call, feeling that it must be a scam.

typical scam - hang up on you and when you redial, it eventually goes to a busy signal.
