I keep getting calls from this number but i never answer because i dont know who it is..

i had gotten a text from this number 4074931844 saying I won 500 dollar gift card from target

after I took the phone from my grand daughter I told the girl who answered that this was a child's number. She got smart with me and told me not to let my child answerer her own phone from someone she didn't know. They were calling about lowering the interest rate on credit cards
