Called me 3 times. No message. I called back but no answer.

I ignored the call.

This number calls and calls. The person who finally was there when I answered said that I had been awarded $8,500 in grants from the government. Money that I didn't have to pay back. They wanted my banking information to complete the transaction. When I told them I didn't have that information me they were quick to say they would call back and hung up.
