Millions Call

i get lot of missed calls and sms from this number who is this ?

Received a call from this telephone number. No message was left. Anonymous callback reached a Verizon Core intercept saying that my call could not be completed as dialed.

I am tired of this person calling and texting me between hours that I dont like. I do not know the person, never seen, talk or give this person my number. He is very harrassing and I cant stand it anymore. I want him to stop.
