Received many phone calls from this number. Trying to get the money, saying I owe only $ 40. I did further research on the 'debt' and it was fake.Ignore calls from this number - they call.

I got a call from this number, and when I called back a little over an hour later, it was disconnected as well. Seems strange since I have no connections to Virginia or that area.
