I don't know who they are but they keep playing on my phone

these people keep on ringing, sometimes fifteen time daily. Just inaudible noise however extremelly nerve wrecking

exactly what a weird thing to put on this site? Positive posts should be viewed with caution. This website was to report scams etc.

I received 3 consecutive text messages within two minutes. The messages claimed I signed up for a dating tip service (3 dating tips per week for $9.99/mo.)... I replied "stop" to cancel and I checked my t-mobile bill for the charge. Sure enough, I was charged $9.99. Can it really be that easy for a 3rd party to bill a cell phone account for a service the user did not ask for?

Received call from this number. Not in my contacts so left it to go to voice mail. No message left. Blocked my number and called it back and received message that this was a non-working number. Considering it a spam call.
