Called 4/6/11 at 5:21 PM to sell me home improvement services. It was the typical, "We have crews working in your area and we..." I asked why she was willing to break Federal Law. She tried to pretend she didn't know what I was talking about. I pressed, "Why are you breaking Federal Law." She finally said, "Are you on the 'Do Not Call List?'" I said, "Yes," and she immediately hung up.

Called my cell, no message left. From another call log website, it appear these are scamers of some sort or another.
