Payday Loan scam - AGAIN! They have called and stated my name from 12 years ago, where I worked then, but that I took out a payday loan (which I did not), and the bank in which it was deposited (I didn't bank with said bank). I had no problem trying to explain how this wasn't mine. This was never mine. And that other companies have called me threatening the same arbitration, garnishment, criminal charges, etc. but none of them will give me an actual company name. When they answer the phone number 404-890-5410, they say "Processing, what's your case #". I was transferred to a woman who apparently was supposed to help clear my info off the list, but she was extremely rude. I hung up. She called me back and left a voicemail and was completely ridiculous. She pretty much went off on me for hanging up on her, threatened me with garnishment, she's "escalating" my case, and told me "YOU'D BETTER GET YOURSELF A GOOD ATTORNEY". Since I can't find any info based on the phone number and can't get a company name, I don't know what to do except block the calls on my phone (which I've done).
