A Robert Campbell called from another number (952-831-4800, which I find no info on), said he was a debtcollector and asked 'if my situation had changed and to call him back about 'my options.' He requested a call back to another number - 866-528-0384. Furthermore, he was calling my father's number, which I have no idea how he got. Calling family members should be against the law, if it's not already. (I am struggling with debt, but this is going too far.)
