called three times subsequently no more. however this is at 10:30 p. m. on a month evening.

Caller from a scam call center told me my electricity bill was overpaid for, and that he needed my account number to give me the refund and to give me a discount. obviously a scam.

We don't know who is calling from this number, but because of the other comments and the fact that some criminal changed our phone number 2 months ago and nobody told us until we paid the bill this month it's a Serious Security Issue!! What happened to the people who had our phone number before??!!

I got a call I said hello. He or she hung up. I called back and she said "I haven't used my phone all morning."
