Millions Call

i got two phone calls from this number one was a voicemail that arrived 5:30am my time and another three hours later..the guy stated his name was David Brown yes a english name but couldn't speak english very well was hard to understand. he stated he was from LLC Law Office and that i needed to contact them about a court hearing that's to be held on Friday Sept.16 2011 or further action was going to take place.

Reported as Unsafe and Scam Risk. English and Mandarin message purporting to be from Bank of America. It is not. Scammer leaving voicemail and ignoring do not call registration. Report to FTC and block number.

Calls repeatedly even though has been blocked for months.

I was sent three pictures of " Dr. Jays staff" This is the 3rd time i have received texts from this person. I am very upset and don't want to have to call police for harassment complaints. I have told this person, each time i have gotten a text. 1 call. 2 texts.
