This is a scam, they are posing as Hydro Saving Plan something to sell some device that plugs into outlet to save electricity. Beware !!

A man called and said it's your man don't you remember you just gave me your number. He said how tall he is and said he had a big bush. He called again and said can I speak to Kate? I said Who are you? He said it's this is remember me.
