Harassing - unwanted calls about Health Enrollment. Various calls at all times of the day using different phone numbers.

No person calling ID, simply stated New Jersey ring. this makes us suspicious soon as these people delete their Calling-ID. Why bother when you are legit? The 9848 part indicates that this was most likely a business. We are in the this business therefore this was either a recruiter or a attorney for donations.

this person called my cell and land line at 1:22 AM sunday night and ruin my night sleep. If it happens again I will press charges.

This Portfolio Recovery Associates is a total scam operation.Never, NEVER send them any money - it will only make your life worse!

They want to provide you a supposed 'government sponsored' lower electrical service. When you ask the questions that are too hard (like intelligent things they should know the answers to) they get nervous and hang up on you.

Taped phone message promoting 'free 4 room satellite tv system'

Texting about secret shoppers when I did NOT authorize any contact from this number or entity. "Reply with STOP for DNC". No acknowlegement of the "STOP" text. These people deserve jail.

I have no idea who this whacko is, and I can barely understand him.    He calls at late hours with random barely intelligeable things to say.    Someone please give him his meds!
