got an unsolicited txt from this person who knew my name but was unable to give me theirs b/c they 'have no signal'--fumny they can txt though.

identical thing happened to us. she rang us a dummy for not knowing this is public records. she rang with the 281-564-3355 no. & is obnoxious soon as we requested questions. we got to put the phone down on them soon after phoning us back cos she is really impolite.

This person is    always texting me and harassing me and her ex. and i would like it to stop. Her name is Rebecca Lynn Latimer
