I received the same call from the same phone number. The recording states it is the 'billing office.' I did not respond.

It's a scam. Got a call, they left a message, I called back. They were very vague and tried to intimidate me. Told them to facebook me something for proof. I called the local sheriff dept and they told me it was a scam.
