Malicious dangerous spying intent

got a text asking who i am ?

honestly this person sounded like someone pinching their nose to change their voice.    they left me a voicemail with heavy breathing and said i was an idiot.    i do not know this number nor anyone in fort mill.

They claim to be affiliated with your credit card to lower your interest rate and ask for your information.

Calls and says nothing when I answer. You can hear breathing but no one talks then they hang up.

Multiple calls a day. There are ambient sounds (live or recorded) and then the caller hangs ups
