Millions Call

Got a call from 'Billingsley Hei-' (the rest is cut off by my caller ID) at 1:36 AM. Answering it gave me dead silence but no hangup. Really creepy. Reverse call sites claim it came from Texas, 3 time zones away from me.

The recorded message said to visit a website.
