Did not identify their company just said they were calling from my credit card company and this was my last chance to lower my interest rate (reworded several differenct ways to inspire anxiety in anyone who might believe it and care). Then said hit 1 to lower my interest and hit 2 for this offer to "expire forever" I hit the hang up button.

The usual fraudster with Canada. Their telephone service needs to be blocked & permanently canceled by the telephone companies. . subsequently it is time to arrest these criminals & give 'em a nice long prison sentence.
