I recv'd a call from (973-273-7811, caller ID showed "Service Department." When I answered; I immediately asked for the supervisor &/or manager. I was immediately hung-up on. When I tried to return the call, there was no company name, the recording said "Press #1 to be removed from the list." While waiting for menu to continue, the call was disconnected.
