has rang over twenty times, no. that we dont recognize, doesnt grasp the meaning of quit calling/texting.

Just got a call from this number. 'Your Jersey Central Power & Light account is now eligible...' >click< Shyeah right. JCP&L doesn't even service this part of Jersey (it's PSE&G here). Caller ID said 'Lower Bill'.

Multiple calls in the last few weeks, never leave a message.

Caller asked for person in charge of recievables,  He stated that he was calling form TSO Associates.  I asked what it was in regards too, caller became aggitated with questioning began making aggressive statements, 'you don't ask me questions, just put the person in charge of recievables on the phone,' and caller stated you 'you little tramp' as I ended the call with him
