Txted obscene stuff and insults for over an hour

I get a call at least three times a month from this number and when I pick up nobody says.

I have been receiving unsolicited nonsense text messages from this number, thus increasing my phone bill. The business or owner of the number should have to pay for my additional costs.

If it beeps like answering machine before you speak, avoid it. Likely a scam
