Millions Call

They are calling my fiance at work and when we call them back it says something about an account number but we have no clue who it is?

I have received 8 calls from this number today. They don't leave a message so I am suspicious

Calls atleast two times a day. Leaves a message on conference calls, if you answer it is dead air. No way to stop the calls, if you call it is a recording. Pointless even if you were interested which by the way I am NOT.

Just got a call a few seconds ago, the third time today. I tried to answer and nothing. I live in New York and I certainly do not know anyone in Illinois.
