FIRST OFF ANY OLD CHECK HAS A TWO YR STATUE OF LIMITATIONS, FROM THE DATE U WROTE THE CHECK. SECONDILY CHECK WITH YOUR SEC OF STATE TO DO BUSINESS IN ANY STATE THEY HAVE TO REGISTER, WETHER IT IS FOR SENDING WARRANTS OR COLLECTING ANY MONEY.
