Arab man calling threatening about a legal case that does not exist, has my name and keeps running off numbers that are supposed to be my social security number, has obvious accent, but gives off names like Adam Smith

This child named CJ prank called my number in the middle of the night. I believe this child has his own cell phone which the parents clearly do not monitor.

A female rings with a very heavy accent most likely with the United kingdom or Ireland & subsequently you reply say hi he repeats hi & subsequently puts the phone down only to ring back two seconds later.
