206-565-0453 comes up as Washington DC on my cell phones caller I.d so I answered it and a lady said she was with the federal government and I was chosen to get a grant that I never had to pay back of 9,000.00$ to use on bills, taxes, home repairs, or school. Said I was chosen because I have never filed for bankruptcy or have any criminal history even though I do. Also said I had to give them a bank card or get it through western union. I have an old pay as u go Visa card I do not use often so I told them the info for the card. They said ok since this money comes from state to state and bank to bank u will have to pay a one time fee for taxes of 260.00$ I then hung up.
