I received a call from this number, and the fellow calling offered a 'business opportunity' for a company called 'Biometrics' or so he says.    As soon as I said I was not looking for a home-based business in response to one of his questions, he hung-up.    Attempts to call the number back resulted in disconnections.

Calls everyday. I have had it blocked for at least 8 months and it still shows in my call history when looking at my recents.
