FCC Complaint: Live Voice

I answered a call from this number and got a recorded message stating something to the effect that this call was in reference to my credit card (no card or company mentioned). Said that there was no immediate problem, but this was my "final" notice for an opportunity to lower my card interest rate to 6.?%. Was prompted to press 1 or something (to speak with a representative I think), or some other number to prevent future calls on this matter. I guess that the "final" notice was not very final after all. I did not navigate the prompted menu and simply hung up as the call seemed suspicious and likely to be either a spam/telemarketing or scam call.

Very strange number... know its from windsor nc... well i think anyways.  I never even heard of that place til i looked up the area code.  I dont even kno where it is.

SMSed us about a item we posted on Craigslist. didnt sms again, we attempted phoning this & it is a search engine voice no. Scammer.

this num keeps on phoning us stating strange stuff just like iv been watching u & I am only eleven & us & our mom was receiving fed up of this .
