seems just like foreign or Pakistan dialect. . . . states to ring instantly or she will must take further action & she feels sorry for us when we do not return the ring. we informed them we reported the no. & irritating ring to the FBI & will take this further when she rings again. she put the phone down. . The no. was 240-685-3533

I didn't know the phone number so I didn't answer. I called it back and got some recording that, at the end, says if you leave your name and number a representative will call you back with the website address for making lots of money
