Spam caller trying to sell a cruise to the Bahamas...

Got a call from this number and answered and then hung up immediately.  The company then proceeded to call back three times in a row and hung up.  It sounds similar to some other numbers out of the Phoenix area code claiming to be selling items for a non-profit organization.

I get calls from this number consistently and 10, 5, 9, 62, 5564, and other similar facilities. I do not answer the call. Does anyone know how to stop this? I am registered with the Do No Call List
