Received call almost once a day, nobody says anything but then just hang up itself.

It says that US customs border protection Homeland security has issued a warning letter. He is fraud, and should be considered dangerous using call colors, information and things like that.

Asking me for my SS and my address at 9:00 pm

This is a scam. Do not respond under any circumstances. The credit card is probably stolen and but you won't find that out until an overnight shipment is made. This sort of scam has been around a long time. I have had similar requests over the last three years. Besides, how many guys named John Murray talk like they just got off the boat.

Did not answer call. Caller hung up when answering machine answered. Has called previously. Caller ID reports 'Lowell, NC'.
