proclaiming to be a auto loan lender with Sears. this was not even a ring for us (my fiance) . these people did not recognise our name. she didnt apply for any loan.

This no. keeps on coming up on Craigslist in the section houses/apartments for rent. we have responded to the email, however these people answer with the identical fabricated e-mail wanting the reader to fill out info on a form. Looks just like a con.

The FCC received a complaint for Unwanted Calls from Toms River, New Jersey on 2020-07-20

This number called and asked for 'Brian Snow' of whom I have never heard.I called them back and told them and the man was very pleasant and removed my name from the list.We'll see if they actually removed it.No idea what type of agency it is.
