Millions Call

Male Caller said hello, breathed into the phone for 10 seconds said 'This is not working for me,' (american english, no accent) and hung up. I've been getting a bunch of call and hang ups so I *69-ed and this is the number that came up. No clue who it is or what he wants.

I live in Oklahoma and have a fairly common name, so I ALMOST called the number on this postcard to tell them they had the wrong person, but something told me it was a bogus card so I "googled" the number and found this post. I'm NOT going to call and find out who they are, but if anyone does I'd be curious to know! :-)
