This number is the cell/text number to Carmen Tellez of www CharmandHappy com in Los Angeles SoCal. They provide balloon art, face painting, puppet shows the famous TheWackoShow com as seen at the Hollywood Magic Castle.

SCAM. Do not do business with this company/person. They steal credit cards and will try to use them. The credit cards will go through, but then the money will be taken back by the bank. This 'business' is also located in a storage facility. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.
