This no. called at 8:59pm & ended up leaving no msg on my ring display this comes up as brit columbia has anyone else got rings with this no.?

we picked up & there is no one on the phone line. soon as we rang 'em back, we had a dialer that called over & over. we hoped that somebody would answer the line to check this therefore we could inform 'em not to ring us again. however this dials over & over again. we would just like to inform 'em not to ring our no. again.
