This number keeps calling me multiple times a day. Everyday. For the past few weeks. The first time I answered and there was no sound no one answered I was careful to not say anything other than "who's this" and stayed on the line. Still no sound so I hung up. I have been ignoring what/whoever since then and recently had to block the number altogether because of how frequently they are calling now.

caller identified himself as bellsout EMPLOYEE WANTING TO offer me a new and better phone plan for the business i do voulenteer work for, thing is he called my cell number.
