Called this number back after receiving message about student loan repayment plan. Appears to be a solicitation call to change student loan repayment options. Have received multiple calls from this number.

I received this weird phone call from a men named Mel. He refused to tell me what was the purpose of this call. He just wanted me to say yes after he confirmed my cell phone number. I hung up my cell phone and of course I didn't say yes. It looks like a scam call.
