according to the message above, says it might be a spoofed number if it starts with this prefix... is the prefix 306? 309 is a valid area code. no message was left and I do not pick up call when I don't recogniaze the phone number.

Probably a spammer...I know no one in the Area code 305. 305 is the area code for all of Miami, Florida, Miami-Dade County, and the part of Monroe County in the Florida Keys in the United States.
