I’m reporting this as totally fraudulent - beyond imagination. Reported to US Government for fraud. My personal loss exceeds $30,000

I received a call from a Lisa Rose. She is calling from some law office. She has a VERY New York accent. She left a message stating their is a legal law suit pending against us. I didn'[t think bill collectors were allowed to leave a message like that. I tried to call back and get more info but it went straight to her voice mail.

No message was left

This was the 2nd time this no. seemed on our mobile phone.  No msg left. states that this party doesnt have a VM set up.

i get so many calls from this number saying they have a suit against me. and i will be arrested . i took the information to a police dept and was told that they are fake wanting ppl number and do not given them any info. the best to do was to call the credit report and let them know your identity was stolen and place a identi theft in your credit report and go do a police report just incase they do anything ilegal in your name.
