Got a call from 513-261-8015 saying the same things as said in the above comments, I’ve received multiple calls from them in the last couple of days.

Contacted to modify my mortgage. Is this group a scam?

Due to the prevalence of infected attachments in spam, a legit firm should only send attachment files soon as requested.
