The caller called me and asked me to confirm how I was. When I asked who he was he said I could know who he was and hung up.

Dish Network phishing scam. Do not give them your personal ID. They spoof caller ID to say Dish Network. Rakeem, says you must pay them 130.00 to upgrade equipment. Tries to schedule an appointment. Gives you a number to call back to set up appointment. 631-417-1142. They ask for Social, Address etc. Payment.
