received call from this number stating they were looking for my neighbor - told them I thought they were creepy and hung up

Person said my number was used as a contact by a relative and that they representedthe offices of PNB. They would not give me any info about their company which made me suspicous. Nonetheless I didint give them any info about my relative.

I got a call from them claiming to be american express calling about my new business merchant account. They wanted to verify that the bank account that they have on file for me is real, so they asked me to fax them a blank check for verification.
