Name on caller id is 'Congratulations' and hung up when my answering machine picked up.

I purchased a Jack Russell / Chihuahua mix puppy from this person. The dog turned out to be very sick. Within 24 hours of purchase I had to hospitalize the dog from infected wounds that were hidden under the dog´s fur.
