A threating Call at my place of employment from Rick Douglas who was identified as a processor. Tried to get personal infomration for paying a bill that I did not recognize. I asked for a hard copy of the bill to be mailed to me and was told a processor would serve me at my place of employment. I think this is a scam

I do not wish to be contacted or solicited by third-party organizations that I have not expressly allowed to contact me directly.
