Automated voice asking if I want a refund because my computer service company went out of business. No caller or company ID shown.

I got a call from that number. I answered and I didn't hear the caller's voice clearly. I assume he spoke english. I think he knew my name and asked if I were in the phone. I answered in Finnish, because I didn't hear him clearly. After it he said a couple of Finnish swear words and close the line.I saw after the call that the number was foreign.Where that call comes from and how he has got my contact information?
