Call came through despite dnd being enabled 24/7 and number is not in my contacts or on my allowed list.

Left recorded message on my cell voice mail about health insurance. Offered the standard "press 1 for a representative or press 9 to be removed from caller list." That's usually a give-away that it's a scammer. So, I found this web site and decided to leave a comment about the number.
