keep getting calls from this number, they won't leave message

this was a ring with a debt consolidation firm. these people 1st ring making use of a recorded voice & when you press 1 to talk to a live representative these people will ask for ur name. we attempted to get 'em to take us off their directory & these people put the phone down.

I got a call from this number at 10:23 am on Feb 19. When I answered, no one said anything. I called back, it rang twice and a fax machine tone came on.

do not recognise this person. however it is a mobile telephone no. we did not pick up. No msg left.
